One of my favorite scarenerios courtesy of NPN-allied scientists involves Kudzu. Did you know that they did a study on it and found that it’s an ozone emitter and, therefore, may worsen your respiratory issues leading you to assume room temperature? I hate it when that happens.
Also, I feel bad for all those long-suffering East Asians having had to endure this native-to-there plant for centuries uncounted. Ever heard of the ‘Great Asian I-can’t-breath-because-of-Kudzu crisis’? I didn’t think so. Next up for science: the ozone hole reopens and Kudzu gets blamed. Keep a sharp eye out for that one.
