The ocean isn’t short on water. I don’t even know why it bothers to rain over it. 🙂 But, the owner of this ‘barn’ in a field must think that the seven seas are drying up. This outlet for roof run-off is at the road where it can quickly head for the salt water. This idea of showing water the exit off of your property is a HUGE mistake. Your soil and groundwater needs moisture way more than your local ocean ever will. Keeping rain on your property as long as you possibly can keeps the plants growing, the streams flowing, and your well faithful.
